Erpingham House targets Brighton
Vegan restaurant Erpingham House is launching a £250,000 crowdfunding bid to open a restaurant in Brighton, which is considered to be the vegan capital of the UK. Currently based in a grade two listed building in Norwich, Erpingham House will launch the bid using Crowdcube to private investors in August before opening it up to the public on 1 September.
