The UK’s largest vegan restaurant Erpingham House has launched a delivery-only sub-brand, which now accounts for 20% of its revenue.

The Instagram-friendly Norwich concept is serving pizzas under Vegan Dough Co, which it delivers via Deliveroo & Just Eat.

Founder Loui Blake said: “Restauranteurs - if you’re not on the main delivery platforms, you’re leaving money on the table. Doesn’t work with your food? Create a sub-brand & adapt.

“Yesterday sales on [Deliveroo & Just Eat] were 20% of our revenue!”

Vegan influencer Blake also operates Kalifornia Kitchen which has a site in Fitzrovia and a concession at Fulham Market Halls.
