    Sushi sales up at Yo!

Has reported a 69.6% group sales hike to £152.5m for the year ending 27 November 2018. It said the figure reflected Yo!’s “strategic pivot” with the acquisitions of Bento and Taiko, while the business had been “further diversified” by its merger with SnowFox, the second largest sushi kiosk company in the US.
