Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland is to return £7m cash to shareholders through a tender offer.
Broker Numis is to handle the offer, purchasing up to 2.215m shares at 316 pence per share. The shares represent around 4% of the group.
The group added that trading was in line with expectations.
