Crêpeaffaire has appointed property adviser Christie & Co to support its UK expansion plans and seek new franchise partnerships.

Born in London in 2005, Crêpeaffaire currently operates 13 sites around England, and describes itself as a “scalable lifestyle brand.”

The quick-service crêpe operates across three continents, with 30+ sites across the world, including the recent airport partnership with SSP and a US launch planned in autumn 2024.

With the support of Christie & Co, Crêpeaffaire is looking to secure lasting partnerships with several “ambitious hospitality entrepreneurs or investment groups, by combining their concept with entrepreneurs’ knowledge, experience and desire to develop in a new region.”

Founder, Daniel Spinath said, “We are thrilled to work with Christie on the development of the Crêpeaffaire business in the UK.

“The opportunities for growth are enormous, and we look forward to partnering with fantastic regional operators and building the brand’s presence to its full potential.”

Simon Chaplin, Senior Director – Pubs, Restaurants & Franchise at Christie & Co added, “We are delighted to be representing Crêpeaffaire in this new UK expansion plan.

“The concept is tried and trusted, offering a franchisee a solid platform from which to build. The formats can be adapted to suit most locations, from kiosk to full dining venues.

“We see demand coming from existing hospitality operators seeking a stand-out brand and those entering the industry looking to develop a region using their local expertise.”
