Heaven Scent, a Scottish independent cafe and restaurant group, is opening a third site, in Dunfermline’s £12.4m Carnegie Library and Galleries scheme.
The 60-cover café will serve a mixture of soups, sandwiches, milkshakes and homemade baking, with toasted flat breads, warm tart of the day, breakfast options, and gluten free options.
Heaven Scent was awarded the contract by Fife Cultural Trust.
The group also operates a cafe in Milnathort and a restaurant at Knockhill Racing Circuit.
