Costa Coffee, Pizza Pilgrims, Pho, Turtle Bay, Comptoir and 200 Degrees are among the brands that have joined the line-up of panellists at MCA’s Hostech 2025 Conference

Taking place on Thursday 22 May, at the Ham Yard Hotel in London, the event shines a light on innovation technology and marketing solutions driving forward the performance of the UK’s eating and drinking out sector.

Alongside keynote presentations and case studies, the event features several panel sessions, including ‘AI – exploring the art of the possible’, which features Thom Elliot co-founder, Pizza Pilgrims; Neve Rabbou group CMO, Individual Restaurants; Aaron Jones senior data science manager, Costa; and Ben Dixon CTO, Sona.

Discussing digital experiences in an analogue world, and the tools and platforms operators use to enhance brand visibility and engagement, will be Libby Andrews marketing director, Pho; Amelia Eckersley senior digital marketing manager, Turtle Bay; Amelia Soro, head of marketing, Kricket; and JP Then, founder and CEO, Slerp.

The importance of smart digital investment will be debated in a further panel, featuring Sarah Pope CIO/IT Director, Big Table Group; Rob Trippett IT Director, Heartwood Collection; Jim Hingston Digital & Technology Director, Azzurri Group; and Christian Berthelsen, CTO, Fourth.
