MCA hosted its annual Hostech conference at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho on 8 February 2023.
Highlights included presentations from Itsu’s chief customer officer Neil Miller, Burger King’s director of digital Tim Love and Gail’s head of e-commerce Rosie Hill.
