It is testing a new system from FFS (UK), a company that provides “gourmet standard, deep-frozen ready-prepared meals”.
The dishes are “regenerated” in combination ovens using a simple barcode system.
City Diary, in The Times, says it sounds ghastly but the writer is assured the food is rather good.
