Book your tickets to MCA’s Pub Conference on Thursday 25 June and hear from the biggest operators across the pub, bar and brewing industry, including Star Pubs, Loungers, Urban Pubs & Bars, Punch, Amber Taverns, Marston’s and RedCat Hospitality.

The event, which takes place at the Ham Yard Hotel, London, will shine a light on the key growth drivers in the pub and bar industry, through a focused day of interviews, presentations and panels, exploring innovation across food and drink, formats, technology, people, property and sustainability, and how leading operators are driving growth in a challenging market.

The programme features in-depth fire-side chats with Nick Collins, chief executive, Loungers; Lawson Mountstevens, MD, Star Pubs; and Urban Pubs and Bars founder Nick Pring and CEO Chris Hill.

Craig Rachel, director, AlixPartners will deliver a presentation on the financial landscape of the pub sector and the deals shaping it, while Lumina Intelligence’ insight lead Flora Zwolinski, will present the latest data and analysis from Lumina Intelligence’s Pub Market Report 2026, and unpack the latest consumer habits, menu innovations, and operator strategies driving performance across the industry.

Leaders from the Craft Union Pub Company, Punch Pubs & Co and Amber Taverns will share how they’re cultivating social hubs and community values, partnering with local operators, and implementing innovative operating models in order to drive growth in the wet-led sector.

RedCat Hospitality, Butcombe Group and Chestnut Group will be speaking about the continued appeal of accommodation in pubs and how combining high-quality accommodation with distinctive, locally rooted food and drink can enhance higher profit margins and spend per head and extend dwell time.

While Frederic Robinsons, Everards Brewery and McMullen & Sons tackle discuss the importance of tapping into their rich brand heritage while ensuring they remain relevant in 2026 in the face of a shifting economic and consumer landscape.

The rise of sports bars will be tackled in a panel featuring Arc Inspirations, Marston’s, Kerb and TNT sports, while portfolio non-exec and former Greene King MD Karen Bosher will host a panel on creating cultures where people thrive, featuring Punch Pubs, Drake & Morgan and Incipio Group.

In addition the programme features a special innovation showcase, comprising three dynamic, up-and-coming operators shaping the modern pub experience: Ardent Pub Group, Chickpea Group and High Note Hospitality.
