Freebird Burritos, the London-based mobile Mexican food operator, is to open its first standalone site in the capital in August.
The business, which was founded in 2008 and is led by James Howland, has secured a site in Liverpool Street for its first permanent opening.
The group currently operates four stalls across central London in Exmouth Market, Rupert Street, Goodge Place and Berwick Street Martket.
