The team behind Freebird Burrito has launched a new Asian concept Tiger & Pig, MCA understands.
The Taiwanese bao concept has opened in Granville Arcade, Brixton Village, with a second site set to open in Tooting.
Freebird Burrito, led by James Hawland, has five locations in London, while he also operates Flat Top Burgers in Shoreditch.
