The Saracen’s Head in Chelmsford, Essex, has thrown out a menu devised by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Ramsay introduced his menu after the restaurant featured in the new Channel 4 series of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, which will be shown on Tuesday.
