The Saracen’s Head in Chelmsford, Essex, has thrown out a menu devised by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
Ramsay introduced his menu after the restaurant featured in the new Channel 4 series of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, which will be shown on Tuesday.
Philippe Blaise, head chef, said the sales dropped by half after it introduced the Ramsay menu and customers complained.
