Novelli in the City opened last week in the basement of the London Capital Club. The 62-seater is open to non-Capital Club members for dinner only. German entrepreneur Dieter Klostermann's CCA Group recruited Jean-Christophe Novelli to take control of the kitchen and front-of-house. Novelli has not invested any of his own money.
