Britvic boss Paul Moody is interviewed at length in The Sunday Times about taking the company to the stock market in an £800m float.
He explains why Britvic owners want to sell. Soft drinks, says Moody, are "just not core" any more to InterContinental, Whitbread and Pernod Ricard.
But PepsiCo will retain its 5% stake in Britvic.
