The leases of three bars formerly operated by Fat Cat Café Bars, which was placed in administration in April, have been sold for sums between £50,000 and £95,000 each, according to a new report from its administrator Cooper Parry.

The lease of Fat Cat Derby, which was sold in June, went for a total consideration of £50,000. Leases of Fat Cat Derby and the Queen’s Head in Frodsham, Cheshire, were sold for £50,000 and £90,000 respectively.

Meanwhile, the report says there’s been “a significant amount of interest” in Fat Cat Leicester, a freehold property that is the final unit to be sold from the original 12-strong portfolio. Colliers International is handling the sale of the site.

In addition, the sale of fixtures and fittings from sites in Stoke, Llandudno, Bow in London, and the Crown Inn at Anstey, amounted to £35,083.

Cooper Parry said its fees for the period of the report (23 April to 22 October) amounted to £360,890.
