Bristol-based bar and café chain Grounded is set to open its own brewery.
The seven-strong chain is advertising for a head brewer to lead its new venture, which will see it produce its own craft ales.
The business, which was founded in 2007 by entrepreneur and property developer Tobie Holbrook, already has a subsidiary building company to construct the new brewery.
Grounded operates throughout the day across its estate with pub classics and small plates on offer throughout the day and pizzas available in the evening.
