UberEats is gearing up to launch in Manchester as it strengthens to its team to roll out across the UK, MCA has learnt.
The group has appointed Lizzie Lang as Restaurant Partnership Launcher - UK Expansion, to recruit restaurants for this year’s launch in Manchester.
The group has also taken on Daniel Calvert as head of partnerships for UberEats in London.
The group launched in London’s Zone 1 in the summer and expanded into Zone 2 in September – increasing the number of restaurants available to 500.
UberEats is also thought to be planning launches in Birmingham and Leeds following the Manchester launch.
