HowYa, the at-table customer feedback system, has launches a kiosk version of its system suitable for cafes, hotels and conferences or events.

The system mirrors the main version of HowYa by recording guest feedback as guests and visitors pass by the kiosk leaving the café or in a reception of a hotel.

It has the added function of an automated email inviting customers to post their comments, tapped into the feedback system, as a review to tripadvisor. This function can be opted in by clients.

HowYa launched its at table customer review system to let restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars in May this year and has already grown the functionality and reach of the feedback system.

Earlier this month it added a social media analysis tool and an automated TripAdvisor review function to its service.

The new social media analysis function tracks all social media activity relating to the business, giving the owner or operator all the information needed to react swiftly to customer comments via social media, without trawling the internet.
