Tragus is to trial a new look for its Café Rouge brand at a recently secured central London site, M&C Report has learnt. The company, which is led by Graham Turner, has taken a new lease from Marston’s on The Bell and Compass pub in Soho’s Villiers Street, for the new trial site that is set to open this August. Tragus, which also owns the Strada and Bella Italia chains, is currently trialling a fast-casual version of the Cafe Rouge brand outside London's Euston Station. The group currently operates 124 Café Rouge sites across the UK. Property advisor Shelley Sandzer secured the Villiers Street site on behalf of Café Rouge in an off-market deal.
