Hermes Real Estate Investment Management has appointed a new agent team for thecentre:mk to spearhead a drive to attract more premium brands to the centre.
Lunson Mitchenall has been selected to lead the catering and leisure leasing.
Work on thcentre:mk’s premium quarter will begin later this year.
Gavin Murray, asset manager at Hermes Real Estate Investment Management, said: “At present, we are just at the beginning of a programme to transform thecentre:mk, and feel that our new agent team brings a combination of skills, energy and experience which will help us to do so.”
