Prescott & Conran has acquired two new sites in Shoreditch and is close to signing a further unit in Clerkenwell.

According to M&C Report’s sister title BigHospitality, the group, which was founded by Terence and Vikki Conran and Peter Prescott, has bought the lifestyle café Maison Trois Garcons at 45 Redcurch Street and cocktail bar Loungelover at 56 Redchurch Street.

It did not disclose the name of the Clerkenwell business under negotiation, but said further details about all three properties would be issued in the New Year.

It is thought that at least one will be re-opened under its Albion café concept.

These new acquisitions follow Prescott & Conran’s takeover of Antony Demetre and Will Smith’s Covent Garden brasserie Les Deux Salons last week. The company said it plans to run the restaurant as it is for now, and has taken on the team of chefs and waiting staff.

Prescott & Conran also runs Albion Shoreditch, Albion Bankside,  Lutyens in Fleet Street and the Boundary restaurant with rooms, which was named Outstanding Hotel of the Year at the 2013 Independent Hotel Awards.
