The La Tasca tapas chain has changed its management team with Peter Murdoch, who helped build up the Ask Central pizza-pasta chain, replacing Andrew Buchanan as managing director.
La Tasca, acquired last year by property tycoon Robert Tchenguiz, is part of his Bay Restaurant Group, which also owns the Ha Ha Bar and Grill and Slug & Lettuce chains.
