Merton and Islington have been jointly named as London’s top Good Food Boroughs.

According to the Good Food for London 2013 report, published today, nearly half of London Boroughs have improved since the 2012 league table, with Hillingdon and Lewisham winning praise for having made the most progress.

“In the wake of the ‘horsegate’ scandal, Londoners want to know their boroughs are serving good food they can trust,” said report author and London Food Link officer Ross Compton. “With our league table now in its third year, Good Food for London paints an inspiring picture of progress.”
