The Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex is set to redevelop its foodcourt offer with a reopening set for next year with a number of “premium food and drink operators”, M&C Report understands.
It is thought that CWM and Lunson Mitchenhall have been appointed to seek up to 12 new operators for the redevelopment.
The centre hopes to focus on attracting the same calibre of operators who are set to open at the Trinity Kitchen area in Leeds later this year, such as Tortilla and Wasabi.
The redevelopment is scheduled to come on line mid-2014.
