Herman ze German, the bratwurst concept, is set to open its second site in London later this summer after securing a unit in Soho.
The group, which was founded by Florian Frey and Azadeh Falakshahi, has secured the unit between Amalfi and Clone Zone in Old Compton Street.
The first Herman ze German shop opened on Villiers Street in September 2010.
The group also operates pop-up sites across the capital.
