Cote, the French brasserie chain backed by CBPE, has secured a site in Leamington Spa, as it further strengthens its openings pipeline for this year.
The group, which is looking to open up to 15 new sites across the UK this year taking its estate past the 70-restaurant mark, has secured unit three in the town’s Regent’s Court development for an opening this June.
The company opened its latest site earlier this week in Cobham, with its sixtieth restaurant set to open in Winchester next month.
Just before Christmas, the group secured sites in Cirencester, Fulham Broadway and Norwich.
The company has also secured a site in Dorking and the unit at 43-45 High Street, Chislehurst for openings this March.
It recently secured a site in Montpelier Street, Cheltenham.
It has also secured sites in Glasgow and Harrogate for openings later in the year.
