Pan-Asian restaurant operator Cosmo is to launch its first all-you-can-eat outlet in Edinburgh at the former Mood nightclub at the Omni Centre, reports STV Edinburgh.

The firm has been granted a 15-year lease on the site, the group’s second, which is due to open on 3 July.

Cosmo’s acquisition advisor, John Menzies, told STV Edinburgh: “We had been looking at opportunities in Edinburgh for some time, and the size and location of the new restaurant makes it the ideal choice for Cosmo. The focus is now on sourcing further new restaurant openings in the other principal Scottish cities this year.”
