The team behind the London-based Charlotte’s Place and Charlotte’s Bistro restaurants is to open a third site in the capital next year in Ealing.
Charlotte’s W5 will open in the luxury residential and retail hub Dickens Yard in March.
The group, which is led by Alex Wrethman, plans to open one restaurant a year for the next five years, whilst developing a holdings company that can help other small restaurant groups to grow.
It currently operates Charlotte’s Place on Ealing Common and Charlotte’s Bistro in Chiswick.
The menu at W5 will focus on British seasonal ingredients.
