Ping Pong, the dim sum restaurant operator, is to open two more London sites, taking the group to nine outlets. Led by managing director Jean-Michel Orieux, it will open restaurants in Hampstead and St Katherine's Docks later this March and in April respectively. The two new openings are the first of six planned for this year. The Hampstead site, set over two floors, wiil comprise 150 covers, while the St Katherine's Docks location will comprise 92 covers plus an additional 26 covers outside. Orieux said: “These new sites are fantastic additions to our existing portfolio and we will be looking to open a further four restaurants across London and the South East in the next 12 months.”
