Banhmi11, the fledgling Vietnamese concept, has become the latest operator to join the BLINK portfolio, which looks to provide a “food market” of offers for office and high-street locations.
Banhmi11 started life at Broadway market in 2009 and now has three outlets in London. It is owned and operated by the Hanoi-born duo Van Tran and Anh Vu, who were named Britain’s Young Foodies 2012 by The Guardian.
Simon Carey, owner of BLINK, said: “Customers love Vietnamese food and it is essential to have an authentic product offer. Van and Anh have captured the flavours of their upbringing and have brought this to their stores. I am delighted to have them as a partner and the customer response has been amazing.”
Banhmi11 joins operators such as Tortilla, Feng Sushi and Subway in becoming a partner to BLINK.
