Anand George, the multi-award-winning chef, is to open his second site in Cardiff, M&C Report understands.
The new venture Münchesters, which will be based in Cardiff city centre, is described as a “dynamic fresh food-on-the go and eat-in concept”.
George opened Purple Poppadom in the Canton area of Cardiff at the end of 2011 featuring “nouvelle Indian cuisine”.
Anand has previously operated a number of restaurants in the city.
