Gordon Ramsay used a lawyer to keep reports of his company's financial problems out of the news. The chef hired law firm Schillings to suppress details of the businesses troubles and to give the impression that there were no financial problems at his restaurants. Ramsay's PR company, Sauce Communications, in which he owns a 10% stake, also flaty denied suggestions a couple of months ago that Gordon Ramsay Holdings had come close to going into administrations.
