Gordon Ramsay has parted company with his chief financial officer Nick Fletcher.
Documents for terminating appointment filed at Companies House last week showed that Fletcher was no longer a director at nearly 20 of Ramsay's companies although he still appears as director of five firms.
Three of the five companies of which Fletcher is a director were shown to be overdue in filing company information, which could make Fletcher and Ramsay liable for criminal proceedings and a £5,000 fine.
