Arsenal football club has signed up Raymond Blanc to lead its culinary team at the new Emirates Stadium.
He will oversee the match-day menu at the Diamond Club. Similar high-quality food will be available in the stands.
The Independent on Sunday says it is one of a number of Premiership clubs that have declared war on the flaccid burger and the lukewarm steak and ale pie.
