The London Soho licensed strip club has been losing out to the likes of Spearmint Rhino and Stringfellows.
Dwindling tourist numbers, especially Asian businessmen, have also contributed to its decline as has easily accessible titillation from a wide range of sources including the internet and video.
The club will continue to operate while a buyer willing to pay £1m is sought. Mark Fuller, who set up the Sugar Reef restaurant and nightclub, is rumoured to be interested.
