Old Monk Pub Company's operations director, Keith Lunn is leaving the company, which recently announced it was going to concentrate on its sports bar concept, Springbok.
The company's chairman, Gerry Martin, brother of Tim, will take charge of the Springbok roll-out.
Lunn joined Old Monk in September 2000 from Whitbread, where he was formerly operations director of the Hogshead pub chain. Before that he worked at JD Wetherspoon.
Old Monk recently issued a profits warning, almost halving expected profits to £1.4m.
