NWTC and Ping Pong have shuttered their restaurants as the coronavirus outbreak continues to decimate the hospitality industry.

“We did our best to keep doing what we love the most, serving up the best dim sum and cocktails, however the safety of our valued customers and dedicated staff is our priority, which has led to this decision to close our doors temporarily. We take this opportunity to thank you for being part of our family and for the continued loyalty throughout 15 years of trading, empowered by your love we are sure that we will overcome this difficult times!

“Whilst our re-opening date is still indefinite, we will be working behind the baskets to figure out when we will be back up steaming again.”

The New World Trading Company said NWTC is “everyone, from our loyal guests to our hardworking teams and our loving communities. You have all contributed to what NWTC is today and for this reason the safety, wellbeing and health of everyone is at the heart of this extremely tough decision.

“Rest assured we will be back as soon as we can and it won’t be long before we’re all enjoying delicious food, sipping cocktails and dancing to live music together once again.

“We will miss you during this time and, for now, we will continue to keep our community together on our Instagram channels.”
