Hall & Woodhouse tenants are to receive free health and safety audits alongside a comprehensive review of their business, writes Helen Gilbert
The audits, which will be undertaken by SAI Global, cover food safety, policies and documents, fire safety and internal and external condition of the property.
Tenants of the Dorset-based family brewer will be required to provide evidence that appropriate documents and processes are in place and will be responsible for remedying any issues identified.
