G1 Group, the Scottish pub operator led by Stefan King, is opening a restaurant and brasserie style bar in Perth.
The menu at the new bar will include stone baked pizzas, pastas and burgers as well as an innovative cocktail offering.
G1 operates c.40 managed sites, along with 110 tenanted outlets in its Iona Pub Partnership arm.
The new site will open throughout the day to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
