Fuller, Smith & Turner, the London brewer and pub operator, has confirmed that Paul Clarke, the group’s former finance director, has retired from the board.
Clarke, who joined the company in July 1991, oversaw the group’s entry to Aim in 1996 and its acquisition of George Gale & Co in 2005.
James Douglas, the former finance director of Fibernet Group, the telecoms operator, has taken over from Clarke.
