Pizza Pilgrims is to launch a training programme called The Pizza Academy, in early 2020.
The 10-strong business, founded by brothers James and Thom Elliot, said aim of the initative was to champion the hospitality industry, and would give young people a range of skills with which they could pursue a long-term career.
The Academy, in central London, will offer free course that will be availability to anyone who wants to build a career in the sector, as well as delivering training for Pizza Pilgrims employees.
Courses will a range of areas from waitering and bar work, to management and, Neapolitan pizza making.
