The mental state of a graduate of Fifteen Cornwall, the beachside restaurant fronted by Jamie Oliver, who was found hanged was made worse by the accommodation problems faced by restaurant workers, say his family. Chris Pethick worked at the restaurant at Watergate Bay, near Newquay, which could have proved a potential launch pad for his career.
