Incipio Group has appointed Cormac Rawson to the position of operations director.
Rawson has more than 25 years’ experience in hospitality, joining from Young’s & Co where he was operations manager, overseeing the running of 16 sites.
He joins the eight-strong London based operator at a pivotal time for the business as it begins a new phase of expansion with plans to open several more sites in 2023, said the business.
Commenting on Rawson’s appointment, Ed Devenport, chief executive, Incipio Group, said: “Cormac is an exceptional hospitality professional and a respected and proven operator. Incipio, which operates venues including The Libertine, Pergola, The Prince and Lost in Brixton, achieved a record turnover of £14.99m for the 52 weeks to 26 December 2021, compared to £6.31m for the comparable period in 2020.
