Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has made a further change to its management team, with the appointment of a new HR director.
MCA understands that the company has appointed Sarah Anderson, formerly of Wolverine Worldwide and Liberty International, to the role.
Last week, MCA reported that Hillary Ansell had joined Gordon Ramsay Restaurants as marketing director.
Ansell spent the last five years as director of marketing and food development at Casual Dining Group, working across a variety of different areas within the business.
She joins Ramsay’s group amid speculation about it senior management make-up. Chief executive Stuart Gillies is understood to be on gardening leave, with managing director Andy Wenlock believed to be in day-to-day control of the business. Gillies originally denied the rumours of his departure when contacted by MCA last month but he and Wenlock have since failed to respond to requests for comment.
