ETM Group has appointed Kate Macdonald as its marketing director, also covering its Maven Leisure business.

Macdonald has held various senior leadership roles within FMCG at Heineken & Sipsmith, bringing a wealth of experience in brand strategy, innovation, award-winning comms and digital transformation, said the group.
