Deliveroo has appointed Scilla Grimble as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Grimble is currently CFO at and is expected to commence her role no later than June 2023.

Adam Miller will be stepping down from his role as CFO and director effective 17 September 2022.

The delivery company has appointed David Hancock, currently VP investor relations, to serve as interim CFO, with effect from Miller’s departure date, alongside his current role.

Grimble has been CFO of MoneySupermarket since 2019 and was previous interim CFO at Marks and Spencer, where she was also director, group finance.

She has held a number of other senior finance and leadership roles at Tesco and spent 10 years at UBS were she was managing director and head, consumer & retail investment banking EMEA.
