Black Sheep Brewery has announced CFO John Hunt has stepped down for personal reasons, with Anthony Hill appointed as interim CFO.
Hunt joined the company in June 2022.
Hill was previously CFO at iPortalis, prior to which he was group finance director at Estio Training.
He has also served as group finance director at Harvard Technology, before which he worked with KPMG for five years.
In a shareholder announcement, Black Sheep Brewery CEO Charlene Lyons commented: “John joined us in June last year and I would like to thank him for the valuable contributions he’s made during his time with us.
“We have already brought in an interim CFO, Anthony Hill, who is an experienced data-driven finance leader. Since leaving KPMG, Anthony has held various senior roles and has a vast amount of experience across many industries.”
