Roger Wade, the man behind Boxpark, the world’s first and only pop-up mall in London’s Shoreditch, has returned to plans to expand the concept.

He is understood to have appointed CWM to look for sites with high footfall in the capital and the South East.

It also believed to be looking at opportunities in the UK.

Wade had previously talked about seeking a second site in the capital to open a similar development back at the start of 2012, months after the launch of the initial scheme, which is made up of over 50 shipping containers.

The initial food & drink operator mix for the first Boxpark, included new sites from Frae, Chop’d, Pieminister and Crussh.

It also featured a second site for Namo, the Vietnamese restaurant concept, a second unit for Foxcroft & Ginger, the café concept, and a first site for new burger concept, Bukowski Grill.
