Bagel Street will increase the number of outlets from five to eight by the middle of the year.
Openings are planned at Fenchurch Street Station, Tower Bridge and Belsize Park, all in London.
It has plans for six to 10 more outlets during the second half of the year if it can find suitable locations but expansion outside the M25 is on hold.
Bagel Street caters for both takeaway customers and those who want to eat in.
